Rahis Khan & Musicians

Rahis Ahmed Khan is an 8th generation Indian Musician from Jaipur Rajashtan trained in the art of ghazals and Tabla drums.  He is trained in semi-Indian classical vocal by his father Ustad Aziz Khan who was a luminary in the art of  Indian music . Rahis Khan migrated to the west in the 1990's and has collaborated and worked with many eastern and. western musicians creating a unique pallet of sound that is uniquely distinct to his musical identity . 
He is the founder and director of Rahis Khan school of music in San Diego, California in which he shares the Indian music arts with children and adults. Additionally he travels the globe for performances, seminars and workshops on Indian Music.
He has worked with many different genres of music such as jazz, pop, western classical and hip hop.
