Years ago Joe took his 3 year old son to a Martial Arts class and his son was a little shy, so Joe agreed to do it with him. He was totally out of shape and when the instructor told them to run back and forth he pulled a leg muscle. The instructor basically said, “You’re not ready for this, you need to do yoga!” Joe thought he was being demoted, but he took his first yoga class, found it extremely beneficial, and haven’t looked back since.
Joe listens to, plays and writes music. He likes to hike, bike ride, play tennis, spend time with his kids and of course yoga!
