Helena first began her Yoga journey in the 70’s with the book, Richard Hittleman’s Yoga: 28 Day Exercise Plan. She has practiced daily since 1992 and completed her teacher training in the Indra Devi Style of Hatha Yoga in 2003. Since then she has been teaching and continuing the study of Yoga as well as other healing arts. Her style has developed into an eclectic blend that incorporates Yoga, Pranayama, Qi Gong, Reiki, Meditation, the Alexander Technique and even life lessons. Having taught more than 3000 hours of classes, she now delights in sharing her passion for the practice with her husband, her friends, her students and, quite frankly, anyone who is willing to “talk Yoga.” For her, Yoga is a series of practices that promote a healthier, happier life. She continues to share these practices through classes, workshops and retreats
