ALL-LEVELS VINYASA FLOW COMMUNITY CLASS with DANNI POMPLUN*

Join Danni Pomplun, RYT-500, and hundreds of yogis for a fun and upbeat All-Levels Vinyasa Flow class to kick off your Saturday!  You can expect to engage in a mindful, creative flow that synchronizes breath with movement, the mentally restorative aspects of yoga with the functional physical work that it entails, and a lot of laughter.

ADAPTIVE YOGA] Teaching Yoga to People with Dis-Abilities. We work with the various effects of dis-abilities including Cerebral Palsy, MS, wheelchair bound, and many other diagnoses. Using cues and specialty props appropriate to create safe and varying sequences of asanas and breath work, always supporting the fundamentals of yoga.

DEEP HEALING STRETCH | YIN* Yin Yoga is a meditative practice of slowly and gently stretching the connective tissue of the body to increase lubrication of the joints, increase range of motion and energy flow within the body, and to decrease tension and chronic pain. By holding poses for extended periods of time (generally 2-5 minutes, mostly seated and lying down poses) we create the opportunity for deep connection with ourselves and our bodies, unwinding long held tensions

REVOLVE TO EVOLVE | TWISTS* Explore twisting in a safe, guided manner. Setting our foundation and evolving breath by breath, we will incorporate the anatomy of a twist from the seat up. This will be a great time to practice commonly taught twists and a way to apply these underutilized and therapeutic movements to the body. Come to appreciate the benefits of twists by relieving back pain, stimulating digestions, toning the abdominal muscles and reducing stress and anxiety. Leave feeling re-energized and refreshed!

GENTLE HATHA COMMUNITY CLASS with AMY CALDWELL*

A slow-paced Hatha Yoga class that focuses on postures to awaken and relax your body and mind. Soothing music, rejuvenating postures and deep relaxation combine to refresh your body and mind.  A great class for beginners and anyone seeking a rejuvenating and restorative yoga experience. Stretch, relax, and release your day.
