After working in the corporate world for 10 years, I made a decision to leave my fast-paced, high-stress job and pursue my true passion, which is bringing others the joy that yoga & meditation has brought to me. I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade and meditation for over 3 years. I’ve watched both transform my life and relationships. I’m experienced in multiple styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Restorative. I have been formally trained in Transcendental Meditation and have extensively studied compassion / breath based meditation as well as pranayama. I enjoy teaching a variety of classes, from a vigorous Vinyasa Flow to a meditative restorative.
