Joe Schwab
Joe is a musician, yoga teacher (RYT - 200) and has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. His original musical instrument of choice was the drums and over the years he has had his own bands and played a variety of musical styles including rock, country, kirtan and bluegrass.
Joe was first introduced to the crystal bowls a few years ago when a yoga teacher invited him into their class to play as a compliment to their regular class. At the time, Joe had only one bowl that was lying around the studio, however, he found that people thoroughly enjoyed the sounds. From there, he bought a set of chakra tuned quartz crystal bowls and the rest, as they say, is history! Joe currently plays around town at various yoga studios as well as for groups and private events.
When Joe isn't playing music, his day job is at Pilgrimage Yoga as the Director of the Festival of Yoga & Healthy Living.
